Stress is the Plague of this Society
What use is a luxury house, fast car, gorgeous wife, lovely kids and no cash worries if you kill yourself getting it. Stress is the plague that destroys many a dream but so many suffer in silence. Many assume stress is an acceptable side effect of the job but this is not true.
Stress can be managed and you will enjoy life more once you have offloaded this extra bagage! If you find yourself under stress, at home or at work, it is very important that you get is sorted as soon as possible. The longer you suffer in silence the longer stress has to take it's heavy toll on you and your body. Stress really is nasty and can KILL, so please take the time to read some of the articles on this page and seek further advice at the earliest opportunity.
Remember, other people may look calm around you but they could also be suffering from stress. Don't be afraid of discussing stress with your friends - a problem shared is a problem halved as they say. However, it may also be possible that other people in your place of work suffer from stress or stress related illness and this may point to something wrong in your companies work practices.
